The product
OWI Labs sells consumer alcohol-screening kits for personal awareness. Results are estimates subject to device tolerance, usage conditions and changing BAC.
What results are not
Results are not evidential measurements, not medical advice, not legal advice, and not a defense to any OWI, DUI, DWI or similar charge. No result — including 0.00 — constitutes advice that it is safe or lawful to operate a vehicle.
Your responsibilities
Use kits as directed (including the 15-minute wait), keep devices calibrated, and make transport decisions conservatively. You are always responsible for the decision to drive.
